Today, GIG announces a change in the leadership team, Mark Gallen will be departing GIG, and Braden Spencer will become the new Chief Client Relations Officer.
Mark Gallen has led GIG’s Client Service division since 2013 and has steered us on our amazing journey. Mark’s ability to connect, build trust and add value to our clients has been pivotal in GIG’s growth. Mark’s industry expertise and knowledge of the not for profit sector has enabled GIG to build strong and reputable relationships in the fundraising sector. Mark has successfully led several campaigns across commercial and fundraising divisions. He has been a source of mentorship for our Sales Partners, facilitating the right outcomes with our clients and their campaigns. Mark will continue to work closely with GIG, and we look forward to seeing his achievements in his new business venture.
GIG is thrilled to welcome Braden Spencer, the new Chief Client Relations Officer. Braden is an internationally experienced professional with 10+ years in the not for profit and direct marketing sector. Braden has worked with Save the Children Canada as the Director of Direct Marketing for the past two years. He successfully delivered performance growth across the individual giving fundraising portfolio. Braden has held various senior fundraising management roles in the 7 years he worked with World Vision Australia. He gained valuable experience in the fundraising agency side as Regional Director at Public Outreach in Canada. Braden will be responsible for client relationship management and business development and will further nurture client partnerships while closely collaborating with our Australian Sales Partners. He holds a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) accreditation.
